Three needed a brand new careers website. One that reflected their refreshed playful brand. Our solution built on the idea of Fun which seemed to be the consistent theme that came through when talking to Three employees about their experience working there. We wanted to bring that feeling to life for an external audience.
Taking a show not tell approach, we used quirky interactions and hidden content to appeal to those who shared the companies values.
