The well known high street retailer Primark had no presence on Instagram outside of their consumer channel. With most of their target audience being on channel it felt like they were missing a trick. We proactively pulled together a business case in the form of Instagram strategy which highlighted the people and culture, benefits, locations, as well as strategically placed job postings.
Reflecting Primarks consumer brand, we created a recruitment channel which was bold, bright and Insta-worthy.

Bold typography and animations were used to highlight new store openings.
We used the carousel feature interviews with employees, strategically posted when we were looking to fill similar roles within the business. Presenting the content in this way made the content more digestible.
