Merck is a multinational science and technology company. In order to hire people in to the business they needed to get recruiters up to speed with what communications and channels they should be using to attract candidates in their markets. The only problem was there was no clear way of getting this message to the recruiters. Merck originally wanted to produce a video to help educate their audience, but the feeling was that a video would potentially only be seen once, and would have to communicate a lot of information in a very short space of time. Our proposed solution came in the form of the Merck recruitment lab. A hub of information which advised on the tools and tactics recruiters could use at the different stage of the hiring process.

Using Merck's bold brand colour palette and quirky illustration style, we customised each section to reflect the environments commonly associated with the business.

Animation was used throughout to keep the audience engaged and intrigued to explore further.
A section at the end gave the recruiters all of the information they needed to create a campaign.
