Kingfisher Plc is the parent company of some of the worlds biggest home improvement retailers. They needed a solution to help onboard new employees in to the business. Whether they joined in B&Q, Screwfix or Castorama, they needed them to understand they were part of a global business which offered endless opportunities. Our solution was 'The One' app, a personalised experience which included the latest Kingfisher news, internal opportunities, an incentivised task section which helped employees understand and live the brand values, and for recruiters an area which offered them all the tools and information they needed to hire new candidates.
