Overview

Givaudan is a Swiss manufacturer of flavours and fragrances.
The brief was to come up with a new Employer Brand which captured the essence of their purpose "Creating for happier, healthier lives with love for nature."

Our solution was 'Enriching Lives'. A flexible articulation of the brand purpose which could be adapted to talk to both the candidate and customer experience.

We created a messaging matrix and fresh new visual identity which used striking imagery and illustration to bring our messages to life. Different colours were used to reflect the brand pillars.

Creating a new identity was just the start. The whole brand experience needed to reflect the feeling of enrichment at every touchpoint in the users journey.

We could even enrich the podcast experience by creating a channel on Entale, targeted towards a tech audience.

The idea for the live experience also offered an enriching experience. Using RNID technology our audience could create their very own scent, by choosing the things that appealed to them the most. Branded giveaways were suggested to keep the brand at the front of peoples minds.

Every experience directed our audience to the website to find out more and apply.
