The Co-op has been around a long time. But in all that time it has never lost its true company values. As part of a pitch to recruit store managers, We came up with an idea to show how although the stores are changing and moving with the times, Co-op has still got a strong heritage of great customer service and is your local convenience store. Its these strong brand values that make Co-op the ideal place to both shop and work.

Online we suggested creating a digital timeline, showing Co-op through the years.
Interactive hotspots brought to life the values they expect from their employees.
As you scroll through the years you would see the change in the surrounding world, but the store always remains at the heart of the community.
To bring this in the real world, we suggested creating an in-store experience which replicates how the store would look in that time period.
We aimed to film this and turn in to an online documentary, filming the employees, and customers reactions.
