BP is one of the worlds biggest energy firms. We needed to communicate the message that, in such a large business, you will have the opportunity to shape your career however you choose. Our solution was 'create your own world' a people centred campaign which was brought to life visually using BP's bold colour palette. Worlds were created for each individual to highlight their personal career journey.

At the heart of the campaign was a 'create your own world' website which was shaped by the content that you explored.
Hotspots on the world indicated interaction points.
Hotspot content included 360 immersive stories.
To highlight sustainability, there was a section which showed BPs global energy usage.
In addition, we created an app, which was aimed to test our candidates capabilities. Users had to 'complete' challenges on the globe for a chance to be shortlisted for an interview.
