British Airways needed to hire a number of people in to their cabin crew roles. Due to oversubscription of roles, we needed a way to filter out candidates. Through the solution 'Earn your wings' we needed to portray the toughness, excitement and reality of a cabin crew role – giving our target audience a more authentic picture of what the role entails, at the same time as providing them with true and believable propositions to join.
