Unexpected Accenture

Overview

Accenture's challenge was to come up with an attraction strategy for candidates working in tech roles. Just one problem, our audience didn't even know these roles existed. So how do we tell them about it? Using insights we had gained working on similar projects, we knew that one of the key motivators for this audience was the kind of work they would be doing. We used this insight to build a number of online case studies. But not in the traditional sense.

Our case studies or 'Tales of the Unexpected' aimed to show the full lifecycle of the projects they could be working on at Accenture. Rather than a static PDF or a video. We chose to bring the case studies to life through long-form storytelling.

Key roles and people were highlighted throughout the story

As well as the technical specifics of the case studies.

We even showed how they plan to take the projects in to the future.

To make sure we got the case studies in front of the right people. We created installations in key locations close to where we knew our target audience would be. The installations all had an interactive element which involved connecting with their device. This gave us the perfect platform for communicating our message.
