Overview

ABB specialise in creating automation and robotics for large scale enterprise businesses. The brief was to raise their profile in the market place, amongst top technology talent. The solution came in the form of an end to end Employer brand experience which reflected the collaborative nature of the teams, the amazing work they are doing as well as the companies ‘assisted automation’ vision for the future.

Our message "Let's Build the future. Together" echoed ABB's corporate position "Let's write the future together" Our message positioned ABB as a place where you could come and play a part in changing the world through technology.  

The visual direction was an evolution of their current brand. The striking colour palette and bold logo gave us a good backdrop for the creative executions.

Our activation plan focused on using the features available in key channels which would appeal to our target audience such as IGTV and Facebook Experiences.

With all content directing to a dedicated careers site.

We proposed all new starters were given an Echo dot with a pre-programmed Ask ABBi skill. Which was designed to answer any questions they might have about their new job.
Ask ABBi was also brought to life through an onboarding app for all employees.
